I have a deep passion for helping individuals and couples nourish their bodies and support their fertility through food. But more than that—I’ve been where you are.
I was fortunate to have my first child without complications, but my journey to baby number two was filled with heartache and questions. After four miscarriages, a failed round of IVF, and countless “normal” test results, I knew there had to be more I could do. That’s when I turned to nutrition—not just as a professional, but as a mom desperate for answers.
I’ve always believed that food is more than just fuel. Through extensive research and personal experience, I discovered that targeted, evidence-based nutrition can make a real difference in fertility outcomes. Sometimes, even small, strategic changes can have a big impact.
